Advantages: Lots of bangers Disadvantages: A few tunes let it down
"Forever My Lady" is the debut album from one of the biggest R&B group of the nineties, Joedci. Made up of brothers, DeVante, and Mr. Dalvin, as well as other set, K-Ci and Jojo (who went on to be a separate duo), the group changed the way that R&B would be performed. It has them do the style of music in such a way that it would not only be appealing to the idyllic female fan base, but also the males too as they were branded, the "Bad Boys of R&B".
1. "Stay
This is the second single from the group, and one whichc managed to get them to the top of the R&B singles chart at the time of release. It is a smooth one to start things off, and gets the group all show off their individual talents before getting into a themed tune, in which the focus is put on expressing heartbreak after a lover has gone.

Advantages: excellent price at asda at the moment, super absorbant and comfortable Disadvantages: never stay put in your pants
A sanitary towel is placed into the gusset of your pants and soaks up any fluid. They can be used during periods and also just before your period to save your pants.
For as long as I can remember I have used Always towels as they are the most discrete and the most comfortable. When I went into hospital to have my daughter I took with me a couple of packs of night-time towels and provided they were changed every couple of hours they did the job better than the hospital pads.
My favourite flavour(?) of always is Always Ultra Long Plus. They come in a purple wrapper and the standard size pack is 12. They have large wings that help to keep the towel in place but inevitably they do shift about a bit.
At the moment they are £2.78 for a bummper pack of three standard packs at asda. There are other flavours(?) in the offer too ...
Advantages: As reliable as your best friend Disadvantages: Having to pay for 'feminine hygiene' at all!
Reading through what some other people have wrote has made me realise some things I think about Always that nobody else has mentioned.
As we all know, these sanitary towels come in packs of 12 and 24 and cost anything between £1.15 for 12 from Asda to £2.50 for 24 from Boots. They're often on special offer so stock up when you can.
I don't use tampons - I never have and the only time I tried one, I fainted because I got too freaked out, being so squeamish, so I've never bothered since.
I've been using Always Ultra for about 10 years now (have they really been around that long?) and I can safely say that I could count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've used other brands since I first tried them.
I've been prompted to write this opinion primarily by my current disloyalty. I didn't have enough cash on me ...
