Disadvantages: Another GC addition to the collection?

...I received this CD for x-mas, and first thoughts were that it would be another "renamed" mix for 2007....How wrong was I. Gatecrasher (GC) having been the superclub from "up North" have done it again. I have pretty much all the GC albums and this is another that didn't fail to disappoint. DJ's Scott Bond, Matt Hardwick and Judge Jules have done what they do best - keep you guessing for the next track and never fail to impress. Yes, there are the odd tracks that always appear on this type of compilation, but what they don't do is detract from the overall enjoyment. I thought about buying this CD myself, but didn't. How chuffed am I that somebody chose to get me it for christmas otherwise, it's one worthy compilation that would possibly have been missing from my collection. Well deserving of the GC name.... ...This was the Spice Girls' last album and though rumours of a Greatest Hits and one off show including Geri are knocking around, I doubt anything will happen. "Forever" was their 3rd album and it cost me 97p from Asda would you believe?! A sure sign that the group are seen as yesterday's news.
