Advantages: Good music Disadvantages: Few weak links
.... Free
This was the comeback single for the Lighthouse family and a great comeback at that! This was released at the end of last year and did very well indeed. FREE was also known as, 'I wish I knew how it would feel to be free' (longer name) I'm sure many of you have heard the track itself. As you can imagine the lyrics relate to being FREE and the tune itself is quite beaty as well as catchy, pure lighthouse family style. 9/10
4. End Of The Sky
A calm, relaxing and nice song
5. Lifes A Dream
This track title may seem to look a little simalar to a 'Westlife' track maybe.............
The song itself is calming, a little different to add interest to the album and also quite a long track which I tend to notice.
6. Its A Beautiful Day

Advantages: Chilled out mellow music Disadvantages: Possibly a little samey
...This release from the Lighthouse Family comes after quite a protracted absense from the music charts, but it's good to see that they've lot none of their cool, mellow tone.
This album includes the following songs:
Run - this is a chilled out song about running away with someone you truly love and is very positive and happy.
Happy - the tone of this song is slightly more upbeat and is about the eternal quet for happiness and remaining positive no matter what happens.
(I wish I knew how it would feel to be) Free/One - this is a song about the search for personal freedom and how people should work together instead of against each other.
End of the sky - this is a cheery sort of song about leaving all your worries and cares behind and finding somewhere peaceful and happy to live your life.
Life's a dream - this song is about remembering...

Advantages: All their best songs Disadvantages: Maybe to esygoing for some
.... This said I feel the Lighthouse family add a refreshing modern-day vibe to traditional soul and blues.
Also importantly many of the tracks have a beautiful use of stringed instruments and orchestral accompaniments. This really gives many of the pieces depth without overpowering Tundes presence.
The 15 original tracks are also accompanied, on the UK version, by a remix of "Lifted" as well as a bonus track "End Of The Sky." The inlay of the CD has some nicely composed photographs of the duo and the front cover I feel is suitably designed and shaded to the general cool tone of their music.
I would recommend this CD as a chill out album for people who like to listen to music at times which doesn't overpower the listener. I think this album would also fit perfectly as background music to a casual gathering or social event. For Lighthouse family...
