Amnesia - Big Lazy

Advantages: Loads of wicked dance songs, from the film, and well known commercial ones
Disadvantages: A few weak songs, but dont let that put you off because its wicked

...The classic dance movements that everyone seems to do in the night clubs. Although liking Harry Enfields work, has nothing to do with the compilation soundtrack, to the movie. I felt i should put a little background before my opinion of the CD. The films about two sex starved teenagers, who are destined to lose their virginity on holiday, and become super star DJ's. They go to the massive club island of Ibiza. They try their best to impress two lovely ladies , who according to the Amnesia doorman, are "monsters", but Kev n Perry dont think so. They stumble upon one of the best clubs on the island, "Amnesia". they spend most of their nights there, also trying to impress, only this time it's a DJ, "eyeball paul". Advantages: Very interesting

...too similar in musical form to Monday Morning 5.19, perhaps. The Underdogs is an interesting song, with echoes (literally!) of Hank Marvin's guitar style, with added strings and trumpets. Tells the story of underdogs who seem to think they'll have their day, soon! (Incidentally, the lyrics on the sleeve notes are different to the lyrics on the song. Though the lyrics as sung make more sense. The last track is Milk of Amnesia. A slow, 'lazy 'song, with semi-Latin American bongo-style drums. The lyrics are actually a hymn to the use of alcohol to numb memories and or pain. Even a spot of crooning (sampled, perhaps?) and some whistling to add some little extra something to the song. Not sure that it completely worked, but there you are. Rialto had four or five hits and then seemed to disappear as quickly as they seemed to rise to the top... Read review

...Lazy town exploded onto our screens early last year and the TV series which can be watched on cbeebies has become as big as the tweenies, children of all ages have become Lazy Town addicts i even find myself watching, laughing and singing along to the songs its not just a normal kids TV program certain aspects of it are quite educational as well. You have three main characters which are Sportacus, Stephanie, and Robbie Rotten. Sportacus is the super hero of Lazy town he eats fruit and vegetables which he calls sports candy to enable him to be strong and thus be able to save people. Stephanie is the mayors niece she is best friends with all the children of Lazy Town and the main singer of all the songs.
