...Great vocals, great lyrics and great music. I love this album. It literally lives in my stereo. If you are feeling sad it picks you up, feeling happy it keeps you happy or feeling angry it is a great album to sing along to and vent your anger. You Oughta Know is a great track for any woman scorned and Perfect reflects on all pressured children everywhere. In “Right Through You” Alanis practical sticks her finger up at all the people in the music industry who passed her over when she was starting out. All the tracks are full of intense emotion accentuated by Alanis Morissette amazing and unique voice. One of the best albums ever....

Advantages: Thought it would be better than SS LP Disadvantages: wasn't
...I got this album before anyone else who I know and man I was pleased. The one impression I wound up with from "Slim Shady" was that Eminem was a talented rapper who needed to release another album before I could form an opinion of him - well, here goes.
Eminem has seriously deteriorated from the potential he showed on his first album. On "Slim Shady" he was an angry young man with reasons to be angry and the ability to rap about it to a decent standrd. On "Marshall Mathers" he is an angry young man who seems to be angry at absolutely everything and instead of rapping about it he prefers to shout about it.

Advantages: A great angry album Disadvantages: Can't be played at a low volume effectively
...This was an album that I'd had on my list of things to buy for a long time. I'd constantly been looking for it at a reasonable price (I couldn't look on the internet because I don't have one of those wonderful credit card thingies) and I finally found it at a price that I thought was decent. So I bought it (of corse, then everyone put it into their "specials" section - so that annoyed me). But I digress.
"Jagged Little Pill" is a very angry album, there's no two ways about it. From the first song, right up to the hidden bit on the end, it's all anger.
Here's a run down of the songs:
1: All I really want
Starts the album off with electric guitar and harmonica. Fairly slow, but with a good strong beat behind it.
2: You oughta know
Again, this song starts off slow, then kicks up a level. Before you know it, it's gone up again...
