My lovely sister brought this album for me for Christmas apparently her partner's choice; 'get this one, this is so Donna' spot on i say; great album.

It is a great album, one that i would personally see in the shop and buy, but having said that i am more drawn to the tracks on CD1, however that tends to be typical of my compilation listening habits, I'm usually drawn to one CD more than the other, or I'll go through stages of listening to one of the CD'S then when bored I'll listen to the other one until boredom prevails!

It is quite a full and varied compilation CD, 21 tracks on each CD, mainly dedicated to to 2003 to 2006 but many tracks from the 90's, even one from 1989 has escaped onto the album!

CD ONE contains tracks from the 21st century, mainly 2006. My personal favourites of CD ONE are; THE AUTOMATIC monster (my daughter loves this too!), RAZORLIGHT in the morning, DIRTY PRETTY THINGS bang bang you're dead, SUGARBABES (version of) i bet you look good on the dance floor and THE KILLERS somebody told me.

CD TWO contains mainly tracks from the 1990's many of which hold memories, and take me back in time, to my early teenage years (how bizarre, it doesnt seem that long ago)!. My personal favourites of CD TWO are OCEAN COLOUR SCENE the riverboat song (this takes me back to seeing them play live at the sanctuary in Milton Keynes in 1990 something! 1996 i think), CAST sandstorm, WHEEZER Buddy holly and PAUL WELLER sunflower.

As with any compilation CD the tracks are a matter of choice, if you like britpop, indie and the like, chances are there will be many tracks you know you love and many that you'd forgotten you love, to help you make your mind up here are the tracks listing:

My main critique of this album, the one thing that lets it down is that it does not include BLUR, where is Beetlebum OR Parklife, one of these should be on CD TWO... ! !
