Named after a character in Dickens's 'David Copperfield' Uriah Heep released their first album 'Very 'Eavy...Very 'Umble' in 1969 and displayed a very organ and guitar enfused form of rock with even acoustic and jazz elements thrown into the mix for good measure. There fourteenth album 'Abominog', released in 1982, was the follow-up to their previous showpiece 'Conquest' and only contained one surviving member of the band that recorded it. In fact, Mick Box (guitarist) even considered just ditching the Uriah Heep motive and starting afresh with a new group. However, he didn't, and 'Abominog' was a fairly successful album featuring a change of sound for the band. The Time Traveller's Wife

Advantages: beautiful story, moving
Disadvantages: none

My husband bought himself Audrey Niffenegger?s The Time Traveller?s Wife as he is a sci-fi fan. He read the book and put it on the bookshelf. After a few weeks I read a few reviews on it and discovered that we have this book so I started reading it. It was a very engaging reading I could hardly put the book down. When we heard that there will be a film based on this exciting and brilliant novel we decided to go together to the cinema to watch it. Well, I had to wait a lot until I could really watch it but it was worth waiting for it. The Time Traveller?s Wife was planned for a fall 2008 release but it was delayed until August 2009. The reason of the delay was that they had to do a reshoot and they had to wait for the meadow to look the same again and funny but for Eric Bana?s hair to grow out again. Time travel got me in a spin

Advantages: Cast, story line, in depth story
Disadvantages: None

Following the successful written publication of The Time Traveler's Wife comes the big screen production starring Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana as the main characters Clare and Henry. I am writing this review having not read the book and not knowing too much about the plot beforehand. You are thrown right into the thick of the story when you learn that Henry was involved in a fatal car accident at a very young age which killed his mother and began his powers of becoming a time traveller. The story follows Henry as he embarks on what can only be described as a troubled path with a light at the end, that being Clare. Henry randomly travels to various places and ends up with no clothes and an awful lot of explaining to do to those around him. Despite all these problems Henry tries to hold down a job in a library where he eventually meets ...
