Guns N Roses first UK album release, Appetite for Destruction, is also arguably there best album. It was originally released in the United Kingdom back in August 1987. It managed to peak at number five and stay in the charts for over 100 weeks. I didn't however get around to buying it until five years later, but was still delighted with its content. The songs are all hard rock, but some have a strangely mellow feel to them. This album is not for the easily offended as most songs have at least one profanity in it. Welcome to the jungle, the opening track and Night train are very similar, but both great. If you are a Guns N Roses fan, you should seriously contemplate purchasing this fine album, and even if you are into hard rock you should have a listen. A true historical album, will be around for decades to come.
