...I like they music very much . Its relax me . Befor I listen they music on radio , and I like it . And after I decide buy they album . I have bought they CD "The limited edition" . I like all CD but much more I like composition " The principles of lust " . They music its ( now they say ) " another world - the world of music , spirit and meditation . When I fired - I go to my room and turn off the light and lay on my bad and relax . I recomend it to all people who want relax and go to another world .... Read review

Disadvantages: Poly's style of singing not to everyone's taste.

...Incredibly original and perceptive lyrics from one Poly Styrene (possibly the most under-rated singer during the Punk era?) show her love / hate relationship with all things plastic and consumer-related. The overall feel of the album is one of modern (in 1977 anyway) consumerism and how we are all interacting with each other with "plastic" feelings. Although written in the 1970's, this is just as true today. After the album was released, the band broke up and went there separate ways. Contains the hit single "The Day The World Turned Day-Glo" - what else do you need to know?... Read review

...Maxi is one of my favourite solo Artists. When I first heard Wild World I knew I had to have it. I finally managed to get it on this tape (as it was at the time) and after listening to the rest of it I wondered why I had not heard any of the other tracks before. Maxi has such a unique style of reggae. He puts something different into every track. He is also able to turn tracks I previously did not like into something beautiful. Some Guys have all the luck was a song I couldn’t stand (sorry Rod) and when I saw it on the sleeve I groaned. I now love it. Maxi has really turned Wild World into “something else” too....
