I would just like to write a review of As Time Goes By, a comedy series shown originally on the BBC but in more recent times shown on G.O.L.D.
The series starts when Lionel (Geoffrey Palmer) is looking for a secretary to help him with his book, on life In Kenya when he was based there during the war. He comes across a temping agency run by Jean (Judi Dench), but unbeknown to both of them they both knew each other before the war and before Lionel goes off to war. He ends up marrying (or so we are lead to believe although it is not actually too clear as to what happened to his wife), and Jean is a widower with a grown up daughter (who also works for her mum in the family business).
Their friendship starts to blossom again, to the point where they decide to 'make a go' of things again - to the delight of Jean's daughter, who never ...

3rd and Bird is a popular children?s show which is shown on the CBEEBIES channel. As a result of its popularity the merchandise began to fill the shops. It was actually at the school boo fair where my youngest spotted this book and decided that he would like to buy it!
The book is the paperback edition which has a lovely bright front cover. There is a picture of Muffin and Samuel and the books title in nice bright Yellow lettering. There is also the shows logo on the top corner. The back cover is also nice and bright with another picture of Muffin and her friends standing on a branch and a short paragraph about the story.

I have only recently come across the amazing Derren Brown since I have watched the recent tv shows 'The Events' and 'The Specials'.
After watching these shows I have been looking for other programmes he has introduced and found 'Inside yourmind' and I have also read his latest book 'On Deception'.
