- Intro An effective mash of about seven songs featuring Ashanti, including "Always on Time" and "What's Luv?", which then introduces the next track, "Foolish. 8/10
- Foolish Her first hit single, "Foolish" samples the late Notorious B.I.G.'s hit "One More Chance (Remix)", which sampled some track by Debarge. Great track, but not as good as B.I.G.'s original. - 9/10
- Happy The second single, and in my opinion, the best track of the album. An original and upbeat track - one of the few on the album. Ja Rule gives names her "the princess of Hip-Hop + RnB" at the beginning of this track - whether she deserves the title is questionable. -10/10
- Leaving (Always on Time Part II) Ft. Ja Rule For a track named "Always on Time Part II", you'd expect it to live up to the original, but this track lacks energy, and falls into the same trap some other songs on the album do. - 7.5/10
- Narrative Call (Skit)
- Call Not a bad track, but lacking in energy. - 7/10
- Scared Ft. Irv Gotti Track let down by everything after the first few seconds. Lacking in energy compared to "Happy". - 7.5/10
- Rescue Starts of well, with a promising introduction, but let down by the lack of energy, and its similarity to "Scared". It's got a good backwards sounding concept, and a Michael Jackson style introduction, but is just another weak track on the album, except its bulked out at 7 minutes 25 seconds. - 7.5/10
- Baby Third single, and really the only single that represents the whole album. More upbeat than some other tracks, but only just. Also jumps on the Indian sounds trend with some recent tracks. - 8.5/10
- VooDoo Something's seriously wrong with this track, half the vocals don't really go with the track and it just does not sound right. - 4/10
- Movies A deep-sounding slow track. Not bad, but does not live up to the expectations set by "Happy". - 8/10
- Fight (Over Skit)
- Over Another track sounding like "Call" except with thunderstorms.
- Unfoolish Ft. The Notorious B.I.G. Really this should just be a bonus track, and "Foolish (Remix)", but no, the just wanted to bulk out the album, and sample another one of B.I.G.'s tracks. Well the concept behind this is it's the opposite of Foolish, with random "ting, tings" and samples of B.I.G. going "And another one" or "Uuuhh". And it's kind of disrespectful not to give B.I.G. credit for his rap on the back cover. - 9/10
- Shi Shi (Skit)
- Dreams A very relaxed track, but sadly not very good. At least it's kind of original. - 5/10
- Thank You Another "Thank You", like Christina Milian's, along with Milian's album also being self-titled and having a white case (well the copy I have). Sadly, this one's not listenable. - 6.5/10
Summary: Good singer, but for someone who's supposedly been through three record deals, and been in the music business for seven years or something like that, most of the album is surprisingly lacking. Maybe I was a bit harsh though, I do like all the songs except VooDoo & Dreams (I wouldnt call Thank You a song..) Album seems a bit rushed, with not enough variance - too much reliance on Irv Gotti probably. But that's not neccessarily the problem, but she has a nice voice, and I hope her next album meets expectations.. - 7.5/10
