Tell Me No Lies

"Tell Me No Lies" is one of the best books I've ever read. I?ve always been a little wary of taking prescribed anti-depressants after being prescribed one some years ago and having a very bad reaction to it where I suffered palpitations, and breathing difficulties. I have always told my doctor that I wish to take these as I take various prescribed medications, and I would advise that anyone thinking of using St John?s Wort should do the same as it can make certain drugs less effective!!!
