Review of World in motion - New Order by zef

Advantages: Playing for England
Disadvantages: ENG-ER-LAND

...this is the best football song ever recorded, and that includeds the the skinner and badiel debacle. I dont know if new order like football because im led to believe keith allen wrote most of the lyrics which are spot on. The song itself typical of new order's brand of the madchester sound but they prefered keyboards and big beats to charlatans moody guitars. The best part is the piano break and then John barnes gives it some with his trade mark rapping. If you seen the video to the song Keith Allen is cracking him up.... Read review

Madonna has something to Remember
Review of Something To Remember - Madonna by watchfulspice

Advantages: A brillant album, has a few old and new songs on it
Disadvantages: none

...ATTACK This album was known as a love letter from Madonna to her fans. Some of the songs on this album had been released before but at the time of the release of this album it had 4-new tracks on it, these are: 1.I’LL REMEMBER written by Madonna and Patrick Leonard and also Richard Page 2.LIVE TO TELL also written by Madonna this was a movie theme 3.YOU’LL SEE written by Madonna and David Foster 4.ONE MORE CHANCE same as number three. This album was written to express her feelings towards the too most important men in her life. If you have never thought that Madonna could produce any ballads this album will make you think other wise... Read review

Suck On My Lollipop
Review of Life In Cartoon Motion - Mika by markd_uk

Advantages: Catchy, upbeat and entertaining
Disadvantages: Not quite the greatest album ever made, a little repetitive in some places

...Rarely does an album catch my attention enough to make me write about it. The last one to inspire a review was Lily Allen’s “Alright Still”, with its evocative mix of styles and innovative lyrics and her beautiful, lilting voice. Mika’s “Life In Cartoon Motion” album, however, captured my imagination enough this morning to make me forget all about vacuuming the pub before opening and instead sat at the bar tapping my foot along to its upbeat, entertaining tracks. To be fair, Mika almost didn’t make it in to my music collection thanks to Terry Wogan’s insistence that he play the hit single “Grace Kelly” repeatedly, every-single-bleeding-morning-at-7:30 when my alarm went off. Entertaining as that single is, it gets a bit tedious when heard repeatedly. Then I saw the album and thought ‘what the hell, it’s got a good title and I need... Read review
