...The 2nd Album from the critically aclaimed Usher, Confessions is one of the best albums out at the minute. With its 19 songs, it is an easy album to listen to and conect to. With two songs from the album in the UK TOP10, this album is obvioulsy a winner. In comparison to his 1st album, Confessions is definatley worth listening to. It has an urban style feel mixed with current issues i.e infidelity If you enjoy winding down ater work or preparing for a night out, there are tracks on this Album suitable for you. I have had this album in my CD changer since its release, and i do not intend removing it soon. Hopefully we will hear form usher again soon... Read review

Advantages: Jenny Lewis - can't stress that enough, the Watsons, most things
Disadvantages: One of two songs bland out, especially towards the end

...I think it’s fair to say I’ve mentioned the fair Miss Lewis on the odd occasion throughout my time here on Ciao, but I doubt many people will have been lucky enough to have actually got the chance to listen to her music. She’s defiantly under-the-radar, a figurehead of the American country-rock scene, which also includes amongst others Conor “BrightEyes” Oberst, and possibly even folks like The Shins and Modest Mouse. As part of the frankly ludicrously brilliant band Rilo Kiley, she has cemented a reputation as Queen of American Indie Pop, and she’s darned pretty to boot. Ater Rilo Kiley’s third album, More Adventurous, the band took a break to concentrate on side-projects.
