Advantages: slow and beautiful Disadvantages: no party cracker
...To be honest, when a friend bought me this CD I wasn't highly impressed, I had heard of Babyface before but not very much, when I looked at the names of the songs, most of them seemed very familiar. I gave it a go, and the CD still has it place in my stereo, not to be moved in the near future. Many people - like me - aren't aware that Babyface is one of the most talented and hottest songwriters and producers. He writes songs for stars like WHitney Houston, Boyz II Men and has worked with people like Eric Clapton - which is featured on this CD. This CD includes popular songs like "Change The World" (With Eric Clapton), "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)" (written for Whitney Houston). The CD mostly features slow songs, not exactly a party CD, with incredible voices. After you have listened to this CD I bet you will fall for Babyface like I did...

Advantages: Babyface's incredible vocal, writing and mixing skills. Utterly gorgeous tracks coming at you from all angles. Disadvantages: None.
...Babyface has made a name for himself as one of the hottest writers and producers of modern R&B music. However, his solo career has received less recognition - and after hearing this album, I can't understand why.
It is one of the smoothest, coolest and most addictive R&B CDs I have ever heard. Not only can this guy write and mix superbly, but he can sing with more skill than the majority of today's top pop stars. There are one or two weaker tracks (I'm not so keen on "The Day") but the rest are, without exception, total stunners. Vocals from Mariah Carey make the first song ("Every Time I Close My Eyes", a gorgeous emotive ballad) stand out, and then there are catchy, upbeat songs like "Simple Days" and "Seven Seas" that you just can't stop hitting the repeat button on. There are a few heart-wrenching numbers like "How Come, How Long...

...Babyface's greatest hits is one of the coolest album ive listened to!!...
If youre a fan of his, you would simply love it!!
Its a got smooth lovey dovey songs as well as the selection of up tempo ones.
Babyface is one of the greatesy solo singers, but yet he is still a bit unknown in the UK. His album obviosley compromises all his greatest hits that have been released so far. If youre the kinda person that goes for the smooth grooves, this a good album to throw on your cd player and it will help you relax a bit:-)
Its got hits such as the all famous "Everytime i close my eyes", which i just simply adore through and through!!, and hits such as "How come, how long", a duet with the man himself Stevie Wonder!!
I would certainly reccommed this album to anyone! you really cannot go wrong with it!!
A definate must buy you ppl!!!!...
