My first experince with this composition was during a concerto in my village. I can say that is not an ordinary clerical composition, a Missa, it's something different: we can find the most important mistery of our religion: Christ's resurrection.
Everyone knows the most famous choral that in german has title "Jesus bleibet meine Freude". This Bach's masterpiece is unusual composition: we can hear choral parts and solostic ones; it's divided in two part: the first one reminds the Maria's Promise, when angel Gabriel announces her that God has chosen her to make the mother of his son: Jesus. The latter speaks about God's and Jesus's miracles. At the end of the first part we find an invocational choral that shout all over the world the belonging to God; at the end there is "Jesus bleibet meine Freude".
Excuse me for my awful english, but I'm looking for better it. ...
