Utrecht was the first city I visited as a lone traveller from England. I was worried about many things; getting the transfers from the airport, finding the hotel and above all I spoke not a scrap of Dutch. Stepping off the plane at Schipol - the airport in Amsterdam- I was greeted by easy to follow signs pointing me where I needed to be, to collect my luggage, then booths to buy train tickets, which I'd managed in under 2 minutes, and was quickly off on my way to get the train to Utrecht. Located right in the airport, the train station has ever so friendly staff that appear delighted to help you and will enter into a bit of friendly and polite banter with you too; so (after figuring out very quickly I was English) they helped me find the right train platform and off I went with a smile on my face. Dr Bach rescue remedy

Advantages: A natural way to heal and help emotional well being

Dr Bach`s Rescue remedy has been a blessing for my daughter this year,she suffered from severe post-natal depression and hoped to overcome it with the support of family and friends rather than using prescribed medication. We both believe in Homeopathic remedies and often turn to the Internet for advice on herbal treatments. Bach to the rescue

Advantages: Reassures and comforts me!
Disadvantages: Taste, might not work for everyone

♣Doubting the miracle♣ It was around this time last year that my airplane phobia increased to an intolerable level. We were visiting my boyfriend?s family for Christmas ? and I simply could not face the plane journey back. His mother kindly told me that I needed to ?snap out of it? and handed me a little yellow box with Bach?s Rescue Remedy. I eyed it suspiciously. I never believed in such herbal miracles.
