Advantages: Classic Rock Sound Disadvantages: too short
...In The Darkness we finally have a band worthy of the title 'Rockstar'. Their overblown theatrics, classic look and old-skool feel brings back a flood of memories...listening to Deep Puprle, Cream and stealing cigarettes.
This album is definetely the best of the year if not since Nirvana's Nevermind. Although radio overplay of 'I believe in a thing called love' has now reached saturation levels it is still a brilliant song and Justin Hawkins almost uncomfortably pitched voice hits all the right notes.
