Well if it is an easy listening CD you are after then this is certainly the one to buy. I was bored listening to the same old CD's when driving so on a recent visit to family in Birmingham I decided to treat myself and this is what I bought.

The Cd has 16 great songs, some are much more popular and widely known than others. The track list and a bit about each song is as follows:-

1 - Do it to me - This song runs for 6.03 minutes and was produced by Stewart Levine. It is a mix of easy listening and a ballard. I was not very familiar with the title of the song but once I heard the song it remembered it. Not one of his more popular songs but still great listening.

2 - My Destiny - This track runs for 4.49 minutes and was produced by Stewart Levine. Personal I fnd this unbeat son is one of his more popular numbers, may be not from the title but once the intorduction is heard you will be singing along. I do find that the chorus does repeat itself quite a few too many times in the song which I am not too keen onbut a great song.

3 - Love, Oh Love - This track runs for 5.47 and was produced by Stewart Levine. I must confess that I had not heard this song before buying the CD but it is a plesant ballard to listen to. I have to say that this is not one of his better songs.

4 - All Night Long - This track runs for 4.16 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmicheal. The track is maybe one of his best known songs and the unbeat tempo makies for great easy listening. This song never fails to put a smile on my face.

5 - Easy - This song runs for 4.15 minutes and was produced by James Anthony Carmichael and The Commodores. This ha to be one of the most famous songs by Lionel Ritchie and has seen may other artists do covers but never do justice to the original. Very meaningful song with great lyrics

6 - Still - This song runs for 3.43 minutes and was produced by James Anthony Carmichealand the Commodores. Again this is another song I was not familiar with until buying this album but it is a great ballard with song great lyrics.

7 - Endless Love - This song runs for 4.26 minutes and was produced by Lionel Richie. This song is a duet with Diana Ross and is a great bllard as the combining of these to very powerfull singers makes for great listening.

8 - Running with the Night - This song runs for 4.07 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmicheal.Another song which I was not very familiar with but this is a great easy listening pop song which shows the more upbeat side to Lionel Richie.

9 - Dancing on the Ceiling - This track runs for 4.22 minutes and was produced by Lionel Richie and James Anthony Carmicheal. This is a very popular song which never fails to cheer me up. A very uptempo song with great lyrics.

10 - Sail On - This track runs for 3.59 minutes and was produced by James Anthouny Carmicheal and the Commodores. Not one of his very popular songs but this is a great easy listening ballard/pop song which has a great tune and some good lyrics.

11 - Hello - This track runs for 4.07 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmicheal. This has got to be another very well known song by the singer which is a great ballard which everyone seems to know. The only downside to this song is when I hear it I am reminded of the dodgy video that he made to go with it!

12 - Truly - This track runs for 3.19 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmicheal. This is a very plesant ballard which has some very nice lyrics and a plesant tune.

13 - Penny Lover - This track runs for 3.48 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmicheal. There is an upbeat tempo on this track and it is half ballard and half pop song. I was not aware of this track until I purchased the album but I am slowly gettig to like it.

14 - Stuck on You - This track runs for 3.10 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie an James Anthony Carmicheal. Both me and my husband are fans of this song and we both think the lyrics are great and very heartwarming.

15 - Say you Say me - This track runs for 3.59 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmichael. An all time favourite of mine from Lionel Ritchie. This is a very widely known song and has a great tune which accompanies some very good lyrics.

16 - Three Times a Lady - This track runs for 3.35 minutes and was produced by James Anthony Carmicheal and The Commodores. Thisis probably the most famous of his songs, in my opinion, which is a very moving ballard and a favourite for weddings.

The Cd cover contains a grey background with a very nice picture of Lionel fron the chest up wearign black and has the title in white letters. The back of the CD is gold in colour and again hasa picture of lionel the same as the front cover picture but from the knees up on this one. There is also the standard track list and credits.

The inside of the cover contains a great track list with all of the lyrics for each and every song. There is also some words from Lionel contained with him giving thanks to people for their support and help. Also there are song good photos of him in the booklet.

I really enjoy this CD as it contains both solo tracks and also tracks from the Commodores. I purchased my copy from the supermarket for £5 but shop around as the price does vary from shop to shop.

I would highly recommend this for an easy listening CD.
