A Blast From The Past

First, a question: what is the link between Dave Stewart of Eurythmics and the song Hi-Ho Silver Lining? No? Then I?ll have to tell you, won?t I? The answer is Amazing Blondel. But of course, that clarifies it like Bisto clarifies milkshake, doesn?t it? So I?ll have to explain further. Amazing Blondel were a cult band in the 1970s. Two of its members, John Gladwin and Terry Wincott, had been members of the too-loud rock band Methuselah (Terry Wincott?s description, not mine), which broke up in 1969. The two, friends since their Scunthorpe schooldays, stayed together and recorded an album of acoustic music, far quieter than the ?bang-your-head-against-the?wall-rock? LAND OF THE FREE AND HOME OF THE-DREAM

Advantages: Easy listening and unique
Disadvantages: Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave

see the millions of albums his competition has shifted. Ne-Yo also has his third album due for release later this year, 'The Year of the Gentlemen'. I don't expect these two men to be gentle about any competition. These are a couple of guys that I'm sure if they got in a fight they'd feel bad for a while, but not that bad. I would like to say that I see exactly what the critics saw, but I am going to have to sit on the fence about this guy until I hear any follow-up material. The-Dream's remix of 'Touch My Body' brought the track back to life for me, but it's just not going to be the same situation for people that don't care about who wrote the track -- just who's singing it. Dream seems to use the word, 'she', a lot so apparently the women in his life don't have a name. I guess the only exception to the rule is Nikki, and he openly ...

the good wii,the bad wii

Advantages: great fun
Disadvantages: can cause some dangers

Well the wii has kept me fit the initial system comes with a free game wii sports.The unit has been built well initially i have had no problems the wii controllers all works off of infrared its easy to set up you just have to follow a few instructions anybody can do it.The games are a little pricey but i think they are worth it overall.The nintendo wii has been designed for you to have fun,but i would advise before you use it in some games to warm your muscles up because i have experienced some discomfort after playing.There are the initial dangers of knocking someone out or breaking furniture around you.I dont think nintendo have made these dangers very clear as long as its played safely its ok.When you use the remote you have to make sure you have secured the wristband to your arm because if you dont it could go straight through ...
