Album Notes: Producers: Lloyd James (track 1); Steely & Clevie (tracks 2, 4, 7, 12); Prince John John (tracks 3, 10, 13); Bobby \"Digital\" Dixon (tracks 5, 9); D. Germain (tracks 6, 11, 14); Paul Henry (track 8).
Advantages: Varied popular songs plus some obscure ones Disadvantages: The obscure songs are probably not to everyones taste
...This is the second CD I have brought from this series, I find these CD's a general overview of the years music relating to well known tracks to some that are unknown to me. This therefore make is a very good album to listen to as you know what you are getting from some of the songs. artists like Sterophonics, Muse, Athlete, The Libertines and so on are well known and will appeal to the majority. There are however some more obscure songs bands like Client, Bees, which although are not to bad for my taste they may not appeal to everyone.
On the whole I have found this to be a good album in my collection and one that I will listen to if I can not make up my mind. If you like the main popular songs on this album then I would recommend to have this in your collection....

...Seriously. For anyone who likes drum n bass. Look away now because i cannot STAND this racket!
I mean, how can u call as something as blurred, quick and just pure shit like this good! I mean, there is no skill involved in drum n bass. If you ask me its all computer aided! The people can't sing..... i know this is a bad comparison, but it sounds like someone with a lisp trying to talk really quickly! Its NOT SINGING!!!!!!!!!
I really dunno why people listen to drum n bass, maybe you had child problems, maybe you don't have taste?! Whatever it is, the case is.... DON'T listen to drum n bass! Please for the love of your eardrums! Maybe if we wait long enough and don't listen to drum n bass... they will go out of business!...

Barbershoppin' Review ofBarbershop II (Back In Business) [PA] - VariousArtistsby

Advantages: Outkast track is superb Disadvantages: First movie's soundtrack outclasses it
...Firstly, if Barbershop Quartets aren't really your scene, this soundtrack can perhaps change your perception of the type of music commonly associated with middle aged men dressed in red and white striped suits, armed with harmonicas and over grown moustaches (obviously because it's the Barbershop 2 film).
This soundtrack compliments the film well, (as soundtracks from musical films often do) and proves to be an enjoyable listen for the casual listener, though if you're looking for traditional Barbershop, look elsewhere. The album features leading hip hop artists like Mary J Blige, G-Unit, Outkast and Floetry, as well as new artists such as Anthony Hamilton.
Overall, the sountrack is not really worth the price if you have the first one, and can soon become overplayed. But what it lacks in originality, it makes up for in the excellent...
