Badyo - Mario Lucio

Advantages: souful, great voice, some classics
Disadvantages: it almost feels like there wasn't enough tracks to fill the album

...Mario Winans is undoubtedly a great artist. His range in voice reminds me somewhat of a young R-Kelly however... The album titled "hurt no more" began to hurt... Although there are some great tracks on here the album lacks in quality due to the fact there simply aren't enough good quality tracks. I could count the number of good ones on the fingers of one hand which pains me to say cos I actually rate Mario Winans VERY highly from his previous black label stuff! Overall? I'd buy it again but to be honest I wish I'd listened to it before... Some of the stuff on here is awful - some brilliant. Mario if you ever read this - speak to your producer and ask for some more decent tracks to record not just album fillers!... Read review

...This cd is fantasic, I am so glad that mario joined the rnb industry. Lets face it ladys there isnt much chance you are guna find a man that is fit, can sing and dance!!! only joking. i loved his song let me love you when i first heard it it made me go all weak at the kneess...............................This man is guna be a big hit if he carrys on this way. and i cant believe the price its worth it! Advantages: Includes the great single ' I don't wanna know '
Disadvantages: All of the songs are slow

...The moment I heard the song ' I don't wanna know ' I feel in love with it! The lyrics really touched my heart as I had recently fallen out with my boyfriend, I felt like I could relate to how he was feeling. When I heard that Mario had released an album I rushed into HMV to buy it. I took it straight home and skipped straight to my favourite song. After listening to the same song over and over again I decided it was time to hear some more of his great work! But what I heard was not what I expected.... Mario has a wonderfully soft voice for a man of his size and age. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I heard that in all of his other songs he used the same soft tone and has not yet released an upbeat, real RnB song! Hopefully he will! I do recommend this album to soul-music lovers but if it's RnB that you want then this isn't for you... Read review
