Spacemonkey's Ciao renaissance continues! On my return to the site, I noticed a few changes, most importantly, the extended categories. The film follows the numerous meetings of Harry and Sally across several years. From college friends of friends who travel to New York together the pair accidentally meet up again and again, catching up on the 'news' and slowly growing to become close friends. With failed marriages, romances, and relationships to discuss the two finally succumb to the inevitable and sleep together. Will this spoil a perfect friendship? You'll have to find out for yourself...

When Harry (Billy Crystal) met Sally (Meg Ryan) in his early 20s the pair didn?t immediately hit it off, they drove from Chicago to New York together and on the way they discussed the fundamental differences between men and women. Sally has a very old fashioned view to love and relationships, opting to believe that men and women can be good friends without sex getting in the way however Harry has a more realistic approach and knows that even if a guy doesn?t admit it, if he finds a female attractive he?s going to want to sleep with her; friend or not. The two reach New York after their hours of disagreeing and Sally drops Harry off thinking it?s the last time she?ll ever see him again.
Unfortunately for Sally she bumps into the ever so arrogant Harry 5 years later whilst with her boyfriend. Harry is engaged and happier than ever ...
