Advantages: 2nd greatest thrash album, some stunning tracks Disadvantages: seemingly none although lyrically sometimes a bit lacking
...After the well received, but poorly recorded Killing Is My Business...And Business Is Good, Peace Sells...But Who's Buying, was welcomed by fans including myself if great expectations that were immediately met on my first listen to the album.
The most recogniseable track for most people will be Peace Sells, opening with Bass from Ellefson, followed by solid guitar fromPoland and Mustaine. Towards the end of the track are some great solos fromPoland and Mustaine. And the lyrics still ring true today unfortunately.
Also this album features arguably the second best megadeth lineup; Dave Mustaine (Guitars Vocals), Chris Poland (Guitars), David Ellefson (Bass) and Gar Samuelson (Drums).
Best Tracks;
Wake Up Dead
The Conjuring
Peace Sells
Devils Island
My Last Words
Recommended If you like Megadeth, Metallica (pre-hammett), Slayer...

Advantages: Good technically, still quite aggressive, Day 69 is a great track Disadvantages: A bit unmemorable and a change in style
...I was planning review this a few weeks back but our friend the Frankensteinal one, sneaked in and beat me to it, so I thought I'd give it a while before I wrote my opinion on the album.
Decapitated were (and still are to some extent) a Polish Death Metal band who started this technical death metal outfit from the South of Poland in 1996 as youngsters in their early teens, this album marked a decade as the band and it was their 4th studio album.
This album saw the singer Wojciech Sauron replaced with Adrian Covan, previously of Atrophia Red Sun, a very good death/industrial act in its own right. Tragically during a tour in 2007 on the way to a show in Gomel, Belarus and injuring their singer Covan who as far as I'm aware is still in a critical condition almost a year after the accident.
A Poem about an Old Prison Man, is actually...

Advantages: Great comeback, their best album for 14 years, inspired soloing and riffing. Disadvantages: Few blips on the CD.
...System Has Failed' due to many internal troubles in the band. Bassist Ellefson has since sued Mustaine for several things, something I'll leave for the time being, or perhaps another review. You have to understand also, Dave didn't want Megadeth to reform, but contract obligations restricted him from doing his solo project. Recruited for this CD were...
Dave Mustaine - Vox, Rhythm and Lead Guitar
Chris Poland - Lead Guitar
Jimmy Lee Sloas - Bass
Vinnie Colaiuta - Drums
Even more strange was the fact that Mustaine hired Chris Poland back for this CD. Chris Poland was thrown out of Megadeth in 1987 for supposedly stealing much of Mustaines gear and selling it off to buy Heroin. Dave came back with the blistering assault that is 'Liar' from the 'So Far....So Good....So What?' album, which makes it that bit more funny that they could record...
