Advantages: Just too funny for words Disadvantages: Absolutely none!
...Well what can one say about this great British comedian other than "Hello Playmates"
I am 59 yrs of age and I "grew up" with the comedy talent of such comedians as ArthurAskey and Max Miller. If you want to hear true British comedy instead of the drivel they put out to day, and have the nerve to call Alternative Comedy, Sometimes I can be, and I have to say at this juncture "accidentally watching" some of this rubbish, and some of the audience are laughing, but many are not, and I am left most times with the opinion of "What on earth was funny about that or what are they laughing at?" Like I said if you want a true Britsih laugh then rush out and buy this CD "You will laugh till the tears run down your legs!"...

Advantages: Humorous lyrics delivered with real panache Disadvantages: You might prefer to have seen the stage show first

This is sung with great feeling by King Arthur, however, his servant is right by him so joins in with little callbacks "he's all alone, except for me" and after the servant's own verse, a large band of knights join in singing "we're all alone". Advantages: Way ahead of it's time. Disadvantages: What disadvantages?
...Glam? Punk? Junk? Call it what you what, but the Dolls were way ahead of their time. Coming on like the Stones in drag, the world wasn't quite ready when their debut was released. Boasting the raw Chuck Berry esque guitar riffs of Johnny Thunders alongside Sylvain Sylvain's heart and soul; Arthur "Killer" Kane's rumbling bass lines; Jerry Nolan's pounding beat and topped off with David Johanssan's infectious "shouting at you" lyrics, these boys preceeded genres and the proof is in this album. All killer, no filler. A classic album that is still influencing bands today. This is rock and roll how it should be performed - raw, energetic, dangerous... you get the picture! "When I say I'm in love, you best believe I'm in love... L.U.V."...
