This is the 2008 album by the British rock group Thunder, it is their 9th studio album. They have had complilation albums such as the live album and the ballads one. Their website is www.thunderonline.com. Here you can listen to samples of this album and some of their others from their long history dating back to the 1980's. Unfortuantly it has been revealed that it will be their last album recorded together. So this is the year to see them live if you have never seen them play. Samples can also be heard of each track on amazon.co.uk website too. So listen before you buy if you arent familiar with their work.
The band will still perform on an individual basis or with the other groups they belong to. The band is Luke Morley, guitars, percussion, backing vocals and harmonica Ben Mathews, guitars and keyboards Harry James, drums and percussion Chris Childs, bass guitar Daniel Bowes, lead and backing vocals Peter Shoulder, banjo Tara Macdonald, backing vocals.
The music on Bang is similar in style to there first album, Backstreet Symphony, the track from this you may know is Dirty Love. The album is twelve tracks long and the track listing is as follows.
On the Radio Stormwater Carol Ann Retribution Candy Man Have Mercy Watching Over You Miracle Man Turn Left at California Love Sucks One Bullet Honey.
The enclosed booklet with the CD gives all the lyrics for all the songs so you can sing along. I must advise you though that some of the lyrics are explicit or strong language. Great rock tracks with not a weak track on there. Particular stand out tracks for me are on the radio, carol ann, candy man and turn left at california. Put it on turn it up and rock out. A recommended album for all classic rock fans.
