Let’s face it, Bat out Hell if a classic. Each song is memorable in it’s own right but two stand out to me, Bat out of Hell with it’s revving of motorcycles and it’s piano; and the other is Paradise by the Dashboard Light which lasts forever and has three brilliant parts to it. Jim Steinmen’s writing ability reached it’s peak with this album and the worldwide success it enjoyed just proves the point about how good it is. It spent over 300 weeks on the UK charts alone. If you enjoy rock then buy this album. 70’s rock was the best in terms of rawness and rockiness
