Advantages: Back to her folkier route, fantastic lyrics and singing voice. Disadvantages: A couple of bad tracks, not her strongest album to date.

GOODBYE ALICEINWONDERLAND
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is indeed, her 6th album, which is not bad for an artist whose career expands a decade. Bearing in mind, she does all the hard work of writing her own songs! That does require some brain cells and I loved the fact that she does not rely on music 'given' to her to perform. This album was released in May 2006.
I was very sad to hear that this album didn't do too well and was full of mixed reviews. What should have been her most personal work, it didn't even achieve a gold certificate after 7 months in the sale. Her first single 'Again and again' reached only at number 16 in the chart, and the second, 'Good Day' failed the radio chart.
Jewel quoted in the album, ' Goodbye AliceinWonderland is the story of my life and is the most autobiographical album I have made since...
...OPINION
This is a very funny little book, a childrens book but everybody will enjoy it as I did. Its a very simple book to read but the way that Carroll explores logic through the book is both amusing and interesting. The book has been written by the "Mad Hatter" himself, wacky nonsense that will entertain any man, woman or child.
...of the classic fantasy tales of Lewis Carroll. One day young Alice (Fiona Fullerton) takes a nasty spill down the rabbit-hole and finds herself in the bizarre kingdom of Wonderland, where she encounters a number of strange and enchanted characters, including the playful White Rabbit (Michael Crawford), the manic March Hare (Peter Sellers), the mysterious Caterpillar (Ralph Richardson), the Doormouse (Dudley Moore), the imperious Queen of Hearts (Flora Robson), and the quizzical Mad Hatter (Robert Helpmann). The cast also includes Spike Milligan, Peter Bull, Roy Kinnear, and Michael Jayston as Lewis Carroll. Alice's Adventures InWonderland won two prizes at the 1973 British Academy of Film and Theatre Awards -- for Georfrey Unsworth's photography and Anthony Mendelson's costume design. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide
