...For anyone who has read my previous comment on the great Townes Van Zandt, or has heard and enjoyed his music, this DVD is a must see. If neither is applicable to you but you are interesting in an insight into the tragic workings of a genius, this is also a must. This is the an often heartbreaking, sometimes amusing, always fascinating account of the life and times of Townes Van Zandt: Texan troubadour, manic depressive, misunderstood drunk, lovelorn poet and close friend to a lucky and select few. Van Zandt has written countless classic songs of loss, hope and heartbreak including the hits Pancho and Lefty and If I Needed You and has been covered by countless artists from Norah Jones, Emmylou Harris and Bob Dylan, some of whom are interviewed here. Advantages: Great songs and performances

.... For some, this collection may be overwhelming. If there was perhaps one criticism, and this is hard to do for me given the affection I have for his work, is that at first hearing it can get a little 'samey'. On occasion, some material lacks great strength but I think this only probably occurs when compared to the heavyweights here. These are frequent enough to make it all worthwhile. The sound quality on this collection is very good but is of no difference to the individual albums released previously. If you already own them then this collection baring the bonus tracks and the well crafted booklet will add little. Van Zandt died in 1997 from health problems attributed to years of substance abuse but many have considered the real cause to be a broken heart. He just gave up one day. Advantages: Great Fun and strong messages being sent to kids.

...For anyone that has kids would know about Lazy town and for anyone that does not have kids think your self's very lucky. The new kids show that has lively music that also is annoying and sticks in your head for days. You can't watch a show without singing to at least one song. Though the best thing about this kids show is that it helps towards eating healthy and bans junk food. Lazy Town Well for anyone that does not know by now here is a quick recap about the show and about the characters. Lazy Town. For me this has to be one of the best shows that my kids watch. I like the fact that they are promoting healthy eating and getting active. Though don't except your kids to start eating fruit and veg immediately.
