...-recording, which I love because Zach will quite happily sing along with me in the car. 'Too soon' to know is the original 1966 recording.
Although, in 1996, when I got the album, it was not the in thing to have DVD extras on music CDs, this CD has a 'hidden surprise', a song called 'Goodnight'. A total of twenty one
songs and sixty minutes of playing time, makes it an ideal album for the car, long enough to go a decent distance before getting bored of the music!!
Although originals of Roy Orbison are quite hard to come by due to a bankruptcy of , I think Monuments Record label, who recorded his earlier work. ( Dont quote me on that!!) it is a pleasure to hear his songs whether in original format or not. This album has been dissed for having remastered Roys great works but it means that his music can live on for longer. Roy always said, when asked...

Advantages: Some good tracks Disadvantages: No Gimme Shelter
...vocals (It was sang by band member Blondie Chapman) it's a piano driven number which really grows on you after a couple of listens, the distinctive harmonies are still there but deeper in the mix. Good song!
Track 3 Let it Loose- The Rolling Stones
7/10
Taken from the Rolling Stones best album of the 70's the epic double album 'Exile on Main street' This starts of slow but builds in the way that many Stones records of the era did, similar in a way to the classic 'Angie'. Nice song featuring some nice sax but not a Stones classic
Track 4 Sweet Dreams - RoyBuchanan
5/10

His earlier personal life however was laced with tragedy, where his first wife Claudette was killed in a motorcycle accident, and he later lost two sons in a fire which burned down his home. After believing he would never find happiness again, he eventually remarried some years later, to his second wife Barbara, whom he lived with up until his untimely death.. He sadly died aged 52 of a massive...
