Despite the failure of Lovehatetragedy, fact is that Papa Roach are an incredibly talented band that have produced an amazing album full of fantastic rock tunes. 'Infest' was the benchmark for the band, ever since its commercial success in 2000, however in my opinion 'Getting Away With Murder' is a better album song for song. Gone are Coby's (sorry, Jacoby's) hopeless efforts at rapping and added in its place are intense lyrics with Jacoby actually singing for once. Being stuck in the category of metal with Linkin Park, it was always going to be difficult for Papa Roach to get the recognition they deserve, but hopefully if the critics get a listen to this it WILL change their opinions for the better.

Advantages: Amazing voice, unbelievable musical genius Disadvantages: There last album :(

The lead singer Scott Stapp's voice is genius, as so is the rest of the bands musical skills. Tremonti's guitar skills were sublime.
After splitting Scott Stapp has now gone solo with his new...

Advantages: The best album to date, really does rock Disadvantages: No Major Niggles
...expecting the best god dammed album to date from the band and that's exactly what I got.
The moment the album goes into your CD player you know that you are in for a treat, the album kicks off with Blood, arguably one of the best thing the band has ever written; the first thing that become very apparent is that Jacoby Shaddix (the singer) has a much improved voice, then the rest of the band come in with a style of music which has taken the bands previous sound from infest and LHT to another level, its incredibly melodic and you feel the pain of Jacoby as he shouts "does it run in your blood to betray the ones you love? YES IT RUNS IN YOUR BLOOD TO BETRAY THE ONES YOU LOVE".
After a rather short lived but incredibly enjoyable song the album goes on two track two "Not Listening" which has a sound to it that the band have never achieved before...
