...The best dance album in the world…ever! 2000, my sentiments exactly. Although I am NOT a fan of Britannia Music, being your typical inquisitive woman I often browse through the monthly magazine that they send my fiancé just to see what crap they have reduced to silly prices this time – it’s amazing the age of some of the albums and artists they manage to dig out from the archive, nobody in their right mind would pay for these full stop, let alone at the prices they ask! My fiancé treated me to this album at a whopping £19.99! I’m sure it could be bought cheaper elsewhere but as it was a gift and excellent I was endearingly grateful, though not impressed one bit that Britannia were getting my indirect custom. Advantages: Very wide variety of all types of metal
Disadvantages: many similar songs to those of other heavy metal albums

...I first got this album just as i was getting itno the more classic older type of metal, and it was actually this album which got me listening to hair metal and glam rock, even though its a heavy metal album. The tracks Youth gone wild by skid row and talk dirty to me by Poison are 2 great hair metal tracks, but thats just me. The band on this CD range from Poison to Megadeth with everything in between and if you like a wide variety of metal and hard rock I'd reccomend this album. With 20 tracks on the first disk and 16 tracks on the second there's loads of different bands if you're just discovering some of the hardesrt rawest metal songs ever made.... Read review

...The Bonkers album series is perhpas the most iconic modern UK Hardcore album series of all time and the chances are if you've ever enjoyed this form of underground rave music you'll have bought a Bonkers album at some ;oint in your life. So this best of Bonkres album is a welcom addition to the series witha triple CD mix from Hixxy & Recon, Druid & Sharley and Scott Brown. Expect nothing less than a full on trawl through some of the best tracks to have featured on Bonkers albums through the ages with all the anthems of the past 12 years or so carmmed into these 3 excellently mixed CD's. This CD offers something for everybody as far as UK hardcore goes and is well worth the cheap as chips purchase price.... Read review
