I first got this album just as i was getting itno the more classic older type of metal, and it was actually this album which got me listening to hair metal and glam rock, even though its a heavy metal album. The tracks Youth gone wild by skid row and talk dirty to me by Poison are 2 great hair metal tracks, but thats just me. The band on this CD range from Poison to Megadeth with everything in between and if you like a wide variety of metal and hard rock I'd reccomend this album. With 20 tracks on the first disk and 16 tracks on the second there's loads of different bands if you're just discovering some of the hardesrt rawest metal songs ever made.
