...As a proud owner of this album myself I can tell you that by buying it you will not be dissapointed. As an avid fan of 60's music myself, yet not from that era myself, i was as eager as anyone to get my hands on this product regardless! Personally I enjoyed tracks 3,7, and 9 best. Some of the good old classics! Admittedly the other ones may have been slightly poorly chosen, but I assume it was some poor uneducated survey collector somewhere who was asked to choose them. Regardless of this I think it is an excellent album. When the album itself was delivered to me it arrived promptly and in good condition, I am just saying this because i had concerns it may have had been bodged, fortunately I was mistaken .... ...Guess what? Summer's here!! And its time to P A R T Y!! Well don't just stop there and think whats it gonna be like....if you care enough to shake a leg with your partner and bring back those memories of allsuch summers together... then you have it. Your wish has been fulfilled because you have all those tunes packed as a collection of this wonderful Cd set. You want it you got it dance beats...reggae ..Pop and the right rhythm. You really won't have to give yourself a reason to dance as you play this On and On.. Yes there could have been more hits of the era gone by but that would give you a reason to look for another party cd set. Well go ahead and Own it.... Read review

Advantages: Lots of great songs from the eighties
Disadvantages: A few not so great

...controversy was never far away from him. New Edition never really made it on this side of the Atlantic and this was their only hit of note. Track 13 - I Got You Babe - UB40 & Chrissie Hynde This corroboration between UB40 and Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders (Brass in Pocket) fame was a huge hit and to be honest their various styles complemented each other excellently on this track. Track 14 - Love Of The Common People - Paul Young When originally released this song flopped but after universal success with Wherever I Lay My Hat (That's My Home) this was re-released and was another success, peaking at Number 2 in the UK charts. Pretty decent stuff. Track 15 - All Cried Out - Alison Moyet The female half of Yazoo enjoyed a fair amount of success as a solo artist, and this was probably her best offering. Track 16 - Total...
