...this is a good rock ‘n’ roll song, This is one of Paul’s favourite songs to sing from the album. Shake A Hand Sung by Little Richard, Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan. This sounds more like little Richard than anything else. Party From Elvis Presley’s film “Loving You”. I think Alma Cogan had a hit with this too? (For those who remember her) This is a ROCKER to end the album. ...picture Mowgly lying on Balu's back, floating down the stream! It's such a spectacular song, well fitted to the film! 8) He's A Tramp (The Lady And The Tramp) This song starts off quite slow and gentle, romantic almost. It carries on like this for several seconds, before coming in with the lyrics; "What a dog!" Hitting us with a question grabs our attention to the music, that splendid song about the cute and cheeky Tramp! I love Lady And The Tramp, I remember going into the Pictures to see it when I was little (though it was the first time I had been, and was petrified!). I love the faded barking noises of the dogs in this track, it fits well with the packed scene in the film! Though the actual track itself; not the best, in my opinion! 9) Chim Chim Chimeree (Mary Poppins) Wow! I absolutely adore this cockney song, sung by marvellous... Read review

...You've possibly read my Destiny's Child, Daft Punk and Dido reviews earlier and as you can see I have a very varied music taste. Well I have another album to add to my collection of oddity. Basement Jaxx have been around for many years but its only in their last two albums out of 4 that I have got interested in them. So this is my opinion on their latest album, Rooty. I got this for my birthday a couple of months ago after it was recommended by my brother. I also got it because I absolutely adored the first song off the album, Romeo. My bro also has the 3rd album, Remedy which is also a class compelation. However, I am here to review Rooty and thats what I'll review.
