The Chubby Checker installment in the Cameo Parkway series, an excellent string of discs highlighting the label's artists from the late 1950s and '60s, will disappoint neither long-time fans nor those looking for a compilation of Chubby's biggest hits. Naturally, "The Twist" is here, as are all of the singer's follow-up cash-ins ("Let's Twist Again;" "Slow Twistin,'" etc.), and a host of other dance-craze songs ("The Hucklebuck;" "Limbo Rock," "The Fly"). The mood is light, buoyant, and fun throughout, as anyone familiar with any of Checker's singles would assume. Excellent sound and liner notes make this a fine choice for anyone seeking a one-stop set of Checker's best moments.
Advantages: Value of money, something different! Disadvantages: Not for everyone!
...possible reconciliation and remembering the good stuff. And oh mama! Saxophone break! Apparently Monroe used to do high kicks whilst playing the sax on stage. You can picture him doing it here!
8. Lost in the City
An intro that made me want to shout “Wipeout!” like ChubbyChecker soon gets lost behind a mouth-organ blast of a riff over more involving guitars than before (they seem to get more prevalent with each track!). This is a great country & western style lyrics, speedy number with Monroe getting used to the city…funnily enough! City boys stole his car, you know. And city girls stole his heart. Great 50’s-style refrain and guitar break.
9. Motorvatin’
Ginger from the Wildhearts blatantly nicked this title for an unreleased track with his new band Silver Ginger 5 - I swear he did! No matter, his song sounds like nothing like this...

Advantages: Completing your Spider-Man collection. Disadvantages: The mixture of songs could leave you saying, 'what?'
...Even though there is only one theme song within this album, the is quite up to the expectation I expected it to be. It also rewakens old songs such as the ChubbyCheckers's Twist. It has songs that you can rock to and songs that will just give you goosebumps. My favourite song has to be Snow Patrol's Signal Fire because it just hits something in your heart that makes me weep. Even though the other songs are pretty much background music that I don't really like. But I find that most of the songs are just clashing with each other and I find myself pretty much not listening to most of the songs on them as much as the others. The only reason I got this was to complete my Spider-Man CD collection and is not worth getting....

Advantages: NONE, doesn't compare 2 the 2nd soundtrack. Disadvantages: Boring songs, not gr8 artists.
