Advantages: Cheap, gorgeous scenery, fantastic beaches, nice locals Disadvantages: Few resorts, you need to know a local
is one of the small wooden shacks. Rich and poor co-exist side by side, which I found strange after all, this would never happen in developed countries.
To many residents of St Vincent the housing is not the be all and end all, and they don?t seem overly bothered about their dwellings. On the whole, Vincentians don?t appear to have the same ?An Englishman?s home is his castle? that we have in the UK, and it does make a refreshing change. The emphasis seems to be on the quality of life over material belongings.
Scenery
The scenery is simply awesome. St Vincent is a mountainous island with many peaks and troughs and whilst the island isn?t that big this constant ?up and down? means it takes ages to get anywhere. The island is also full of lush rainforest and greenery, banana plantations, coconut trees (obviously) and other ...
Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: Too ealry for a "Best Of" collection, doesn't seem to be on tape
. Fly By II
This is quite a boring track, which sounds very similar to "All Rise".
5. One Love
Another boring track, with ludicrous mentions of "hip hop beats". Again, it sounds like "All Rise".
6. Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word (Radio Edit)
A good cover version of the Elton John song, featuring Elton himself. The harmonica in the middle sounds like "All Rise" (yet again!) but it's really good. Duncan sounds brilliant.
7. U Make Me Wanna (Radio Edit)
This is a mid-tempo love song and while all 4 Blue boys sound good, the material is bland.
8. Guilty
Co-written by Gary Barlow, this track reminds me of Take That at their best. It's a ballad about how hurtful it is if you genuinely love someone who already has a partner.
"If it's wrong to tell the truth, what am I suppose to do.....if loving you will my ...
Advantages: Can make your car look sporty - to you? Disadvantages: Can look tacky.
the fuel cap cover being reviewed here, is actually a stick on cover for the plastic flap that covers the fuel cap, the idea being it makes your car look like it is fitted with a quick release rascing type fuel filler.
Personally I think the idea is a little dated, and most tend to lok cheap and nasty, but the choice is yours. You and you alone can decide what looks good on your pride and joy.
Race X produce a catalogue, which is very good, and you will see over 300 items in there, including these stick on covers. Also stocked, are a lot more practical items, like locking wheel studs, and wiper blades.
Naturally they stock the usual range of hi-performance induction kits, also known as cone filters.
The company Race X, has a good history, and have been operating for quite a long time now, they are beginning to get a very ...

Full title: The Screaming End: The Best Of Gene Vincent & His Blue Caps. Gene Vincent & His Blue Caps: Gene Vincent (vocals); Cliff Gallup, Johnny Meeks, Willie Williams (guitar); Jack Neal (upright bass); Bobby Jones (bass); Paul Peek (drums, hand claps, background vocals); Dickie Harell (drums); Tommy Facenda (background vocals). Additional personnel: Buck Owens (guitar). Compilation producers: Matt Goldman, Dave "Daddy Cool" Booth. Recorded at Owen Bradley Studio, Nashville, Tennessee and Capitol Tower, Hollywood, California between May 1956 and June 1957. Includes liner notes by Bob Hyde. THE SCREAMING END is an all but definitive Gene Vincent compilation, cannily programmed with his most real gone (as they used to say) performances. This is rockabilly at its wildest and (paradoxically) most carefully crafted thanks, in no small part, to the Bluecaps. They were arguably the fiercest rock band of their day. There are two main reasons for the band's precision and power. One is a virtuoso guitarist in the justifiably legendary Cliff Gallup (he of the breathless stream of notes on "Race With the Devil"). The other is a 15 year old drummer Dickie Harrell (that's him screaming on "Be-Bop-a-Lula" and most of the other tracks here) who drove the band relentlessly forward. Vincent himself was an effortlessly expressive singer, and as a result most of the songs here simply reek of sex and violence. Just check out "Lotta Lovin'" and "Who Slapped John" if you doubt it.
