"Twisting Further Nails (Crucifixion mix)"
Conceptually speaking (yes folks, this is a concept album!), “Cruelty And The Beast” tells the story of Elizabeth Bathory, the 16th Century Hungarian Countess who would bathe in virgin’s blood in search of eternal youth. Dani's lyrics are excellent, he uses a lot of olde English (at one point they were tipped to be part of a Millennium Dome presentation about the use of English through the ages). There are some very inventive story telling techniques used, he is also fond of using ‘play-on-words’ to help with the rhythm of the song. I would rate Dani as one of Metal’s best lyricists, he really is a cut above the rest, though sometimes prone to getting carried away with himself. Obviously there is a certain amount of artistic licence involved...

Advantages: Good price, inspiring & funky!! Disadvantages: A wee bit ancient...
...This is a compilation of some of the most successful artists who were topping the charts in 2003, although I personally find that the first CD has the better tracks - with the exception of Girls Aloud's 'Sound of the Undergound', 'Tell it To My Heart' by Lorenna, Kelly, 'U Can't Touch This' by Bean and Cyrus/MC Hammer, and Atomic Kitten's The Tide is High. The tracks are uplifting and I usually put this onto my CD alarm clock in the morning because it helps me to wake up and bounce out of bed!
It is definitely a dance album, but full of great feel-good tunes such as 'I see you baby' and 'make luv' which make it suitable for listening to anywhere... In the car, in bed, at work/school + especially when you need some chocolate and music therapy!
I have put most of the tracks onto my MP3 player so that I can listen to them when I'm bored...

Advantages: The album is great Disadvantages: None at all
...The Pure Moods album is one of the best compilations of New Age music I have listened to. It contains popular music from throughout the years from artistes such as Enya, Enigma, David Byrne, DJ Dado and so on.
It is what got me looking for more music from Enigma and I found out they did a song with Nine Inch Nails. The music will relax you, body and mind and leave you in a sense of peace and Euphoria, and for those who meditate, it can be a great source of music during your meditation.
I'm still listening to this album today including the songs Sweet Lullaby by Deep Forest, Return to Innocence by Enigma ( I strongy recommend you view that video on youtube!), Adiemus by Adiemus and Orinoco Flow by Enya.
TRACK LIST:
1. "Return to Innocence" - Enigma
2. "Orinoco Flow" - Enya
3. "Sweet Lullaby" - Deep Forest
4. "Oxygène Part IV...
