...Martin Taylor is one of the - if not the - best jazz guitarists in the world. And that is not me talking, it is as voted, repeatedly, by jazz fans. He came to fame when he released his first album, "Taylor Made", in 1978 and was invited to tour with the great Stefan Grapelli, a partnership which continued through the 1980s. Taylor played on a number of albums with Stefan Grapelli but also went on to release several albums himself, some with his own band and others mainly solo. He has also worked with a number of other great musicians such as Chet Atkins (who features on three of the tracks on Portraits) Taylor is a self taught guitarist; he has developed a unique style of playing in which he picks several parts simultaneously. Advantages: Amazing voice, pure talent
Disadvantages: always mostly singing about boys

...And Always 5/5 Yeah its about breakin up with a guy but it has a great rhythm and its verrry catchy another prime example of Taylors voice being amazing, youtube this it is totally worth the time. The Best Day 5/5 I heard this song and completley fell in love with it, she wasnt singing about a guy she is singing about her mother and I can in a way relate to it and say that this is my song for my mum except the thing with the friends is fifteen not thirteen and the little brother is the older brother. It has a lovely guitar rhythm i could just fall asleep to...quite literally. Advantages: Cute story, funny in parts, good performances,
Disadvantages: Over sentimental, pretty predictable

...David Dorfman) who gets badly bullied by the big school bully, Filkins (played by Alex Frost), on their very first day of high school. This is, obviously, not the best move for them personally, as it meant that Filkins took pleasure in targeting and bullying them from then on, with the bullying going from bad to worse and it reaches a point where they just can't take it anymore. One day, Wade mentions that he's seen online adverts for bodyguards and this gives the boys the idea to try and get a bodyguard to help protect them from Filkins. They advertise for a bodyguard in a magazine and go to a local diner to interview the applicants, of which there are quite a few but unfortunately, they just can't afford to pay enough for most. Most, apart from one man, who, of course, is Drillbit Taylor (played by Owen Wilson). Unknown to the boys... Read review
