...Having been a big fan of the film, I opted out of buying the soundtrack origionally due to wanting to wait for the DVD release and not having much money to throw around! Having gotten the DVD and watched it a number of times, i changed my mind. I wanted to listen to the music - especially the final track, 'I believe'. Having now bought it I'm really pleased with it. Yolanda Adams' I believe is as gripping as it is on the film, and all I want to do is keep pressing repeat! It makes me want to know the dance too!! There are a few other songs in there that I really like aswel such as Blaque - I'm Good and Tamia - It's A Party, amongst others that are the perfect warm-up tunes for going out! ...worship you've got it. CeCe was backed by a talented 6 piece jazz/rock band. The music is gospel/jazz/rock style with some inspiring slower pieces but many up tempo pieces as well that gets Cece and the audience dancing and jumping and whatever, all in praise to God. Very infectious. Look out for her dance at the end of the dvd, her son also did a dance with her it was fun watching her. It is difficult to pick the best song but I do dance a lot to 'King of kings' particularly the He's a wonder bit. As well as ' Anybody wanna pray with me', 'we thirst for you' etc. '. This might not necessarily be for a secular listener knowing that its a christian album but it will reel you in , give it a chance..
