...I will like to thank Bishop T.d.Jakes for been obedient by putting together such wonderful music for Believers. The Lord give me a word it is preparartion time for me to be married.I went in to the music bar one day and the Lord show me this Cd never heard or seen it before, tell me to buy it. I have not regret how it has minister to my life, I know I am much prepare to have a husband. This cd has really help and minister to my life. I love it. Thank You Bishop Jakes and all other artiste. I think there can be a part 1 and 2 also. I heard this CD for the first time today while looking for a CD on the internet for my mother. I couldn't leave the site becauses the songs were so magnifying that it put me in a relax mood for God to enter into my life again. Thanks for reminding me of my first love. Disadvantages: Awful covers of classic songs.

...Inside (yes, inside), this is subtitled "Metal vs Electronica". Oh, God. What have I let myself in for? The temptation of hearing Lemmy sing Acca Dacca was just too much for me to resist when I saw this in Virgin Paris (he said casually). The first track - "Back In Black" is probably the best. Or least worse. The vocals by Joe Lyn Turner are excellent, and JLT would probably make a great replacement if Beano ever decides to retire. The guitar work - by Def Leppard's Phil Collen - is another story though. Lemmy's growls are certainly interesting enough to hear on "It's A Long Way To The Top", but the guitar (by Jake E Lee) and - even worse - the drum machine are beginning to get annoying. Even the "crowd" noise is dubbed in. The rest just gets too depressing to report on, as classic after classic is wrecked. The culprits include Dee... Read review

Many of the ‘classic’ tracks that have been "tangenized" are completely new re-recordings like Monolight and Desert Dream played with modern equipment and according to the TD style of the mid-90's. I think Phaedra, in particular, is very different to the original – a bit too different perhaps, though I can’t find a single ‘bad’ track in any of the disks, even the "tangenized" ones. The box includes a 74-page booklet, filled with quite large sized photographs of various landscapes and computer graphics that don’t appear to have any obvious relevance to each other or the text. The booklet also contains extensive text by Edgar Froese about the music of TD. The whole box gives the humble TD fan a nice retrospective look at the ‘virgin years’. if you’re looking for a good, all round complication album by Tangerine Dream, this is a good... Read review
