Advantages: Alternative to most modern music, tracks 7 and 12 in particular Disadvantages: some tracks may lull and some may feel that bit too long.
The Bajofondo Tango Club, self-titled album is a range of south-american styles and instruments from the uruguay and argentina area. This music adds a whole new, contemporary twist to the Latin-america genre with better technology and a more energetic focus.
Often compared to the more European/Parisian sounding Gotan, the band were a part of Electrotango revolution that brought the failing tango scene back into the public eye. The band have recently edited their name to simply Bajofondo (meaning underworld or underground,) which even better reflects their newly expanded repertoire, now including some down-beat/trip-hop, club, chill out and elements of house style music.
This album is something almost totally different to anything I personally had heard before. So different, in fact, i had to hear them for the first time in spain ...
Advantages: Some good remixes and the price Disadvantages: Not many, some fillers but i suppose you get that with every album
This cd is an absolue bargain. I would highly recommend purchasing this as Bad Boy and Puff Daddy are well known for producing good remixes and the series of albums was a very good idea, another money spinning venture but one for the fans who had remixes on b sides of cd singles and recorded off the radio!
Special Delivery - G Dep, Ghostface Killah, Keith Murray & Craig Mack. Quite a repetitive tune but a cult favourite. More likely to hear it in the clubs
I Need A Girl Part 2 - Ginuwine, Mario Winans, P Diddy & Loon. Video and single released off the back of the successful part 1. Some say they prefer this version, i actual do and its one of the best tracks on the album
Bad Boy For Life - P Diddy, Busta Rhymes & MOP. A shouty version of the original. Not bad but too much going on lyrically for me, my ears couldnt take it

An album of remixed Phil Collins tracks performed by r&b and hip hop artists. Risky, seeing as the man himself as churned out classic after classic and as you can imagine it wasnt well received by, well anyone.
I did however purchase because i like Phil Collins and i like hip hop & r&b so i took a chance. I should have spent my money on buying that indoor ten pin bowling set instead. Saying that there is a couple of decent tunes on here but as a whole, not the greatest ive spent my money on

Another Day In Paradise - Ray J & Brandy. The single to come off this album was received quite well, not a bad video and the brother sister duet that everyone wanted to hear. An up to date version but not better than the original. You may find me saying that more often than not
