Advantages: Close to tram stop and airport bus stop. Disadvantages: Can get quite busy with people checking in & out.
I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few years. Its quite a way outside the main Temple-Bar area but is right by the tram stops. As the trams run very regularily getting about is easy.
The hotel is very close to Houston rail station. If you fly into Dublin airport one of the many buses outside the airport will take you to the station and the hotel is about a 3 minute walk away.
The rooms are sparce and basic but suitable. The breakfast is very good and you certainly wont want for a large lunch. This is a big fry-up with all the trimmings.
The cost of the hotel is middle of the road but reasonable for what you get. Yes its reasonably basic inside but you get what you pay for.
It does get quite busy and checking in and out can take up a little time. There is the facility to leave luggage there if you arrive ...
Advantages: A compilation of great songs from a great musician Disadvantages: Disadvantages?!
evolved after a breakdown of a jam from "Voodoo Child" - or so the booklet says! - this three minutes and fourty six seconds may seem raw and disjointed to many of us, but it symbolises the Hendrix legend - an incredible talent, with an eye and an ear for the alternative.
Don't worry, the few tracks I've not mentioned are good enough for me. But it's unnecessary to fill page after page of reviewing song-after-song. So I opted for my best of the bestof.
A cracking line-up of songs there you must admit!! The second disc includes eight extra tracks such as b-sides and live material...
"Highway Chile" - 3:39
"Gloria" - 8.52
"It's Too Bad" - 8:52
"Spanish Castle Music" - 5:48
"Hear My Train A Comin' - 6:56
"Lover Man" - 2:56
"I Don't Live Today" Live - 6:32
"Purple Haze" Live - 4:03
The opening track "Highway Chile" is ...
This album is simply the best of Bon Jovi. Containing tracks such as ?Living On a Prayer? and ?Shot Through The Heart? it perhaps needs no description - you all know what to expect. if of course you have never heard of these songs then either you have been living in a cave or you are very young or very old so i?ll give brief description of the band. Bon Jovi are lead by singer Jon Bon Jovi and guitarist Richie Sambora - the rest of the band being somewhat faceless and unmemorable. These two write all the lyrics and music to some of the best American rock music every heard. Tracks like the ones I have mentioned have been multi-million selling single across the globe and they regularly play concert tours in Wembly stadium and other large venues to accommodate their massive fan base. So what of the album? Well this is the best of and is ...
