Advantages: Its the most summery album of the year yet!
Disadvantages: People will be funny about it cos she was a Spice Girl!

...ballad "its all part of the tapestry so don't give up your fight, hold on, hold on, to what you believe in." This would be brilliant live, a real anthem and shows not just Melanie C had the voice in the Spice Girls! Overall this is the album Melanie Brown should have made instead of 'Hot' I think would have faired far better. It has the super ballads, mid tempo pop, salsa, camp pop, and is packed with summer. This could be one of the best solo spice efforts… and could be the undiscovered album of the pop summer.... Read review

Advantages: A fabalous album, the thing I love about the Spice Girls is that all the solo projects are sooo different from each other!
Disadvantages: NONE

Feel Me Now – Melanie ends her album with a very soft and sexy number. Not the best on her album but still very catchy Lyrics Include Yeah, this feels really good / Really good, just tickle me / Torment on my taste / Just make it go faster please, please / I know you know what you're doing / Just do it good and don't let me down / Close your eyes / Feel it, feel it all / You're the chosen one to fulfil my every need / You've got that touch indeed / And I could've had anyone / But you're the one (but you're the one) Even though this album performed poorly in the charts overall this album is fantastic. Advantages: Another quality album from Ms Chisholm
Disadvantages: Too different from her debut Northern Star

...Melanie C: former Spice Girl – a much criticised and rare species. The Ex-Sporty Spice has made successful in-roads on a long term solo career. Reason is the follow up to her triple platinum debut “Northern Star” which spawned 5 singles, two of which reached number one, one featuring the late Lisa “Left Eye" Lopes. Melanie tried a range of diverse sounds on her debut: Rock, R&B, Pop & Dance. Sadly the follow up doesn’t explore the same routes. Reason, when released in early 2003 was highly anticipated. The lead off single “Here It Comes Again” being a good example of what to expect. As mentioned this album is in no way as diverse as Northern Star. There are a couple of rocky tracks; a few acoustic ballads and some 100% pop gems, there are no R&B or Dance tracks. This is a shame as Melanie could have picked up where she left off three...
