...This is a double album filled with the best of sixties music. It contains 44 tracks and you'll probably know most of them (even if, like me, you're a bit young to have experienced the 60's for yourself).
There are many albums in the shops that contain music off TV adverts, but in fact this album contains most of the good ones.
Songs include: 'I'm a believer' - The Monkees, 'It's not unusual' - Tom Jones, 'Surfin' USA' - The Beach Boys and 'Oh pretty woman' - Roy Orbison.
Buy it if.....you love the sixties...

Advantages: A good collection of 20 songs from the 40 years, Good drinking tunes Disadvantages: Nowhere near a big enough compilation of their best songs.

Velvet Underground weren't part of this movement and rebelled against it, more interested in hell raising and art! The front cover of this album was painted by Andy Warhol. It is simply a picture of a banana with Andy's signiture under it.
This debut isn't the best quality recording but has some of the best studio perfomances from Velvet Underground. They are raw and full of passion. It also features the late Nico, friend of the band and guest vocalist who adds more to this album on tracks like 'Femme fatale' and 'I'll be your...
