Truthfully, my favourite part of this episode is the very end, when we find out something special about the Face Of Boe! I shall say no more, I would not want to spoil the great surprise for those of you yet to see it! ***** ♥Attractive! Stylish! Unique! Three words used to describe the appearance of this DVD! The pink tinted colour of the cover and spine is divine, very modern yet retro (If this is even possible!) There are two new characters on the front?The Master and Captain Jack (as well as The Doctor and Martha!) The Master is centered, showing he is important, 'The Big Boss'! New boy in charge! Of course, he is complete with his ultra-sonic screwdriver! Cowering behind him is the Tardis Trio, looking very confused indeed! Of course ...

Are you a Tekno Junkie?

Advantages: Banging !
Disadvantages: Difficult to get your hands on these days...

ULTRA-SONIC "Tekno Junkies '92~'94" CD Format £12.99 (also available on Casette & 12" Vinyl) Right, this is my 2nd effort at writing this review ... I was literally typing the last 10 words after about an hour yesterday evening and the system crashed and lost it ... Not even saved to drafts .... arrrghhhhhhhh!!!!! Second time lucky, but likelihood is it won't be a patch on the first ! Here goes. ... I transisted from dance and house music into a hardcore and gabba techno phase when I was in sixth form college between the ages of 16-18, and then on into my University years. Hailing from Glasgow Scotland, Ultra-Sonic were one of the best bands from this era, along with dutch band Dyewitness. Most of the hardcore techno music at the time orginated from Scotland and Rotterdam, with two of the most prominent record labels ...

Review of Techno Junkies 1992-94 - Ultra-Sonic

SIMPLY THE BEST?

Advantages: Easily readable, light, non-intellectual, aimed at the more mature woman
Disadvantages: A tad old fashioned, but perhaps I am too?

Yes, I?ll admit it! I?ve been reading rather a lot of magazines lately. Mainly by virtue of the fact that I went to Scotland for a week in August and travelled by train. It?s a five hour journey and whilst I can quite easily get my head stuck into a good book for such a duration, I do find that the density of the text combined with the motion of the train, makes me feel sick after a while. So, magazines, with their colours and layouts make a good alternative. That?s my excuse anyway. One of the magazines that I picked up was ?best?. Whilst doing a little research for this review, I was surprised to discover that this publication has been around since 1987. Apparently, it is aimed at female readers between the ages of 25-55, but has a median reader age of 40. Heh, that?s me! Certainly, as I flicked through it I was pleasantly ...
