Best Workout Album In The World...ever, The - Rosemary Conley

...This album was released in 1975 during the break up of his first marraige, and was the first and best of a triumvirate of excellent albums that Dylan released in the 1970's , the others being "Desire" and "Streert Legal". In fact it's between this and "Blonde on Blonde" for his best album ever. There are songs that obviously relate to the breakup such as the first single from the album, "Tangled Up In Blue" and the poignant , acoustic "If You See Her Say Hello", then the more allegorical "Shelter From The Storm" and "Lily, Rosemary and The Jack of Hearts". Interspersed with the songs about the marraige breakup is an excellent snipe at the press, "Idiot Wind" , that , unusually for Dylan, contains more than a little humour. Advantages: Guitar solos, strong bass lines, track 13 is really different
Disadvantages: Takes a few listens to like, much more calm

...Ocean colour scene are one of the best band in the world and one of the most musically tallented traditional band. This album is a masterpiece, nobody can lose the chance to own this ablum. The album offers a few suprised (track 13) and avoids any embarassments - anyone who loved Moseley Shoals will love this album. The album opens with two classic OCS tracks which both have , big, loud guitars and are fast paces anthems . (Everything comes at the right time and free my name). The album contains three covers, firstly my personal favorate, George Harrision "Wah Wah", "Start of the day" by the real people and "My time" by Bob Andy. At first glance OCS look as if they are short of material - the rest of the album reenforces the fact that OCS still have the ability to create great rock. ...This ablum 'The College Dropout' is one of the best ablums that ive got. My best song from the ablum is 'Spaceship', because the song is just relaxing to listen to, and you can just chill to it. The song that is the funniest is Workout plan, which is about Kanye's made a workout tape for big people, and when they use the tape they get thin and then suddenly they get popluar and get with nba players, get good cars etc. Kanye is a really good rapper and troughout the ablum he talks about the truth. The ablum has lots of famous rappers e.g. Jay-Z, Ludacris, and Twista. I think it is an excellent album and i think if you like Hip-hop then you will like this.... Read review
