If you are an avid fan then you will probably buy this just to say you have it in the collection. If you are an addict then you will be comparing it with the unreleased songs (the OG's) which were leaked. The album starts as it finishes - trying from a marketing scheme to heighten the rumours surrounding his death, making people question whether he was alive and in hiding. However the producers had a field day on the tracks they were allowed to touch! No domination by Jonny J or Daz Dillinger was apparent, to great disappointment. Some classics such as 'When We Ride On Our enemies' actually received some banging beats to just blaze to. Others such as 'My Block' received the similar good treatment. However 'Still Balling' with Trick Daddy was criticised due to him replacing Kurupt on the track, even going as far as editing his name out and replacing it so it sounds as though Pac makes out Trick was on the OG! 2 different versions of Thugz Mansion were also released, the only good one was without the acoustic and fake-ass Nas once again kissing up to the Shakur estate, forgetting how pac dissed him continuously. A much underrated track in 'Never Call You Bitch Again' showed Pac's thug angel side, and funnily enough mentions the word "boo" in it. Now as he died in 1996, and it only entered the UK speak in 2003, means that Pac was so far ahead of his time that only the real fans can recognise it. Keep the material coming out of the factory Afeni, or maybe just manufacture some more if you must!

For someone who doesn't know much about 2pac or this type of music, I'm afraid this was quite hard to even follow. I gather this is some posthumous collection of songs, perhaps finished by others? Or is it a covers/tribute?

I like some of the analysis you have done here. It could do with a little more...possibly a little more about the artist's life to start with and then add something more about the album itself...artwork etc.
