Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.
This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit.
My Personal Experience
At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was....
The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym.
Boy oh boy did i feel it ...

I must confess I like mucking about with poetry, I excelled at it in school, however afterwards my literary skills took a downward direction. So this will be my interpretation of a mad poem.
My head fills with inexplicable thoughts,
They invade every avenue of my brain,
Like ships that traverse to many ports,
They come and go while I remain,
Locked in some time warp of space,
Sometimes no expression on my face.
Dark and gloomy aliens ravage my head,
I play host to all who trespass my mind,
They have no meaning they are not lead,
They inhabit every area they can find,
Not even the usual comfort of sleep,
Prevents me having to weep.
Why oh why do I submit to their will ,
Can I not withstand their force,
When my mind is not blank and still ...

My husband and I both enjoy watching television series on DVD and have quite a collection, so we try to watch new ones as often as we can. To make it fair, we recently decided to write down all the titles on slips of paper and do a draw, to choose what we watch next. So it was that Between the Lines - Series 1 became our choice of series to watch.
Hubby had bought all three series of Between the Lines on DVD, but only recently persuaded me to watch one. I didn't know much about the series at all, as it was shown in 1992, when I was rather busy with a small baby! So this was the first time I had ever seen an episode.
Between the Lines is about the Complaints Investigation Bureau (CIB) at Scotland Yard, a police department which investigates allegations of corruption within the police force. The drama is based around DS Tony Clark ...
