Advantages: Easy listening Disadvantages: Lacks speed and excitement
...Smash Mouth is back with a rather different style to their frist album.While Fush You Mang wasdark,scathing ,brilliantly written and performed this offering from Smash Mouth falls somewhat short of the mark set by its predecessor.It exibits a distinctly easy-listening side and it has none of the excitement of Fush You Mang.
However perhaps comparing this to a superb album is unfair.It has several good songs on it but its lack of tempo and the all important 'excitement factor' seems to have drifted from the air,instead being replaced with a dumbed-down offering.Come on Smash Mouth,surely you can do better than this.
To the man on the street who has yet to get a Smash Mouth album i'd say get Fush You Mang, to the Smash Mouth fan who has Fush You Mang and wants more of the same,I'd say get something by Blink 182....

...The second Hole album released,
Pretty on the inside is a great record for punk fans. But the fans who began to like Hole with Celebrity Skin might think different, but who the hell cares, right? Hole kick major ass with songs like Teenage Whore and Garbadge Man. The only flaw in this record is the drumming.
But overall this album is great if you Love Courtney.
